Global Village began in Minneapolis and expanded to Duluth in 1978.

The store evolved through the decades under the loving energy of many dedicated employees.

January 2011, Global Village Duluth was born under the new ownership of a long time employee and hometown girl.

In 2016, Global closed the chapter on nearly four decades downtown and began a new era in Canal Park. Please visit our vibe wonderland at the new digs to see how much we’ve changed while preserving the unique essence we all grew up loving.
